Inspired Cooking


Grilled Lamb with sea salt and lavendar
glazed with a balsamic reduction sauce
and served with grilled asparagus, sweet spring onion and baby zuchini

Paired with a 2005 Edna Valley Syrah

I had this at NOVO Restaurant in San Luis Obispo while on vacation last week.
Unbelievably delicious!  Had to share it with the family.
Yumm!
